Join us for a three hour beginner's boot camp in working with MARC records in Perl both on the command line and in PLPERL within the Evergreen database. During this time we will look at some common tasks that are useful to do in perl such as adding, removing and manipulating tags as well as fixed field values. The ideal participant knows a little bit of Perl or another programming language.
